Terms governing client engagement and investigative services
All investigations proceed only after mutual agreement on the written Scope of Work, fee structure, and timeline. Falcon Eye Detective Agency reserves the right to decline or terminate any investigation that violates Indian law or ethical standards.
Both parties agree to treat all communications, evidence dossiers, reports, and identity information as strictly confidential. Neither party shall disclose findings without explicit mutual consent.
Investigative retainers and milestone payments are outlined in the formal proposal before deployment of field operatives. Retainers cover operational logistics, surveillance assets, and investigator time.
Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
